Sun, 19 February 2006 I was riding my bike on a stationary trainer in my basement and just hating it. It's too damn cold here in Wisconsin to ride outside and this is boring! The iPod helps, but it's the same music and the tempo isn't always the same I pedal at. Listing to other podshows helped, but some of the songs were too fast or too slow. And there's just too much talk to keep the pedals going...
Why not create a podcast with music that matches my pedal speed?
I searched all over for a podcast that already did this and couldn't find any. OK, I'll do it myself.
So (hopefully) once a week I will create an hour long podcast featuring podsafe music from all genres available. I'll keep the talk down to keep you moving - maybe a short tip or piece of encouragement here and there. We'll start slow to warm up, maybe around 60 rpm/bpm and increase it to around 90. Take a short stretch, then do it again.
Something to help the miles go by.
PLEASE email me with suggestions for music and tips to share. I hope to have show #1 out in the next week or so.
